A beautiful cord but one that can be tricky to master. With 12 cords to keep track of, two of the key things for success are patience and staying focused. Once you get the hang of the cord placements Rainbow Road will be a breeze to make!

 

I offer this as an intermediate or experienced beginner kit, but a competent (and confident) beginner should be able to complete one as well with no previous kumihimo experience.

 

Kit materials will make a bracelet length up to approx. 10 inches. Included in the kit are step-by-step instruction complete with diagrams, satin cording in a rainbow of colors, basemetal cord ends, TierraCast® pewter clasp, plated jumprings, and thread. Instructions are printed on heavy card stock and have blank templates for creating your own color combinations for this braid.

 

Not included but needed: Scissors, Glue, Pliers, Kumihimo Braiding Disk, and 12 Kumihimo Bobbins.
