I never know whether to call these a finding or a bead, since technically they are both. They have holes in them like beads, however they also act as an enhancer of sorts, to frame and accentuate a bead. 

To use, insert a headpin or stringing cord through the bottom hole, string on your bead (or beads) then insert the headpin or stringing material through the other hole.
